Neenah Music Parents (NMP) Fundraising

Thank you for helping support Neenah Joint School District music students! 

The 2023 goal for this annual fundraiser was $29k in overall funds. With your gracious help, we were able to raise over $32k! The $32k is comprised of $20k profit from retail merchandise sales and $12k in donations. This is a 36 percent increase over 2022! Most importantly, the proceeds from this sale pay for many things, including: 

• Music teacher allowances for their classrooms

• Special music programs in the classroom

• WSMA and Music camp scholarships 

• Spring banquet for all senior music students

• Music lesson assistants 

• College scholarship opportunities

• And so much more!

There are two ways to participate in raising funds: Support the Fall 2024 retail sales fundraiser and/or donate cash directly to NMP at any time. Details are below:

1. Purchase products online and share the fundraiser with friends and family. Our next retail sales fundraiser is expected to start in September 2024.

   • Contact a music student in grades 5 to 12. They will work with you to find great merchandise and complete your purchase. If you don't know a music student and would like to make a purchase, contact us at NeenahFundraiser@gmail.com. 

   • Distant family and friends have the option to have their nonperishable purchase shipped directly to them when they place their order. 

   • Products that are not direct delivery, will be picked up at a date/time to be determined at the Neenah Middle School band room next to Pickard Auditorium (between doors 5 and 6).

2. Make a tax-deductible direct donation to NMP at any time. NMP is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization.

   • Credit Card - Online: We have made it much easier for you to support our music students. You can use the donation button below to use credit and debit cards through PayPal. PayPal's nonprofit program reduces donation processing fees from 30 percent (via third parties) to 2 percent and significantly increases the money going to our music students and teachers. 

   • Check: If you write a check, there will be no processing fees, and the full donation goes to NMP. Please make checks payable to "Neenah Music Parents Association" and send the check to the following address:

2. • Matching Funds: If your employer provides matching funds for 501(c)(3) charitable organizations, please email a completed copy of your employer’s form to NMPDonations@gmail.com. 

   • Tax receipts:  Donations over $250 will receive a formal gift receipt for tax purposes from NMP. 

   • Fundraising Note:  Note that cash donations though the NMP website or checks will not qualify students for fundraising prizes from our fundraising partner but are the best way to direct the most donation dollars to our music students.
